Goals and Concerns

I am excited to be in this class. Some of my goals coming into this class are being prepared for college, become a better and faster reader, learn not only how to write a good strong essay but also be able to distinguage between a good and great essay, and develop a broader vocabulary. My biggest concern is doing well in this class and not to drowned in assignments. I am also dissapointed that Ms. Stariha will be leaving us but I think Ms. K would fill her shoes better then any substitute I've ever had.
